This class is for beginners.
Are you ready to make a change, but have no idea where to start. Or the thought of joining a class completely terrifies you?
I am looking for 2- 6 women, who are ready to get out of their comfort zone. This will be a small group, we will do a 30min class and 30mins learning what to eat, transitioning to a more whole food diet. We will do this by making small changes along the way.
