Individual Personal Training & Health Coaching
1 Personal Training Session/week 30-40mins). You will receive 5 fitness class recordings to do on your own.
1 coaching session/week 20-30mins, we will start working week by week having 1 whole food meal a day, adding more whole food meals in as the weeks go by. You will get recipes, a workbook and food information , you will check in daily with questions and struggles!
