What is Reiki?
Reiki is an alternative medicine technique, that began in Japan. Reiki uses healing energy that is channeled from a Reiki Therapist, to the patient. Reiki promotes healing on all levels, the body, mind, emotional and spiritual.
The benefits of Reiki are stress reduction, energy reset, improved sleep, it can help alleviate physical pain, clears energy that is not yours, you will leave feeling lighter and more relaxed, can help with clearing negative thoughts.
During you Reiki session you will stay fully clothed, the practitioner will use light touch during the session.
What is Emotion Code?
The Emotion Code is designed to help you alleviate physical discomfort, ease emotional wounds and restore love to relationships.
Emotions can become trapped in the body for many reason:
stress
trauma
fatigue
disease
injury in the body
the emotion was to overwhelming to process
The average person has 300 trapped emotions in the body, we start to trap emotions as soon as we enter this world. Trapped emotions are also known as "Emotional Baggage" or "Negative Emotions". When trapped emotions are lodged in the body it affects the surrounding energy filed of the body. Overtime, these trapped emotions can cause physical pain, anger, depression, chronic fatigue, PTSD, phobias and panic attacks, to list a few. Emotion code can free you from these trapped emotions without having to relive the experiences that caused you to trap these emotions. Once done, the memory remains but the charge that went with the memory will be gone.
Emotion Code can be used on adults, children, and pets. Emotion Code can help with just about anything, binge eating, self sabotage, fear, anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, lack of purpose, divorce, separation, allergies, restless legs, hormonal imbalances, trauma, grief, PTSD, arthritis, addictions, limiting beliefs.
Sessions can be one by zoom, or by email. The great thing about email is you don't need to be available for the session, I can do the energy work and send you the results, and YES it does work!
What is a Heart-wall Clearing?
95% of the populations have a heart-wall. The heart-wall is a protective wall of energy that we build up over time from being hurt so many times. The heart-wall affects the love that we give and receive.
