Join us for a morning of movement, reflection, and restoration as we prepare for the busy Christmas season.

We’ll begin with all-levels strength training and stretching, followed by whole-food snacks and a reflective session with Allyson from Heart Talk Counselling & Coaching.

Together, we’ll explore the dreams and wishes we keep putting off, identify what may be holding us back, and consider practical steps we can take to move toward them.

We’ll finish with a sound bath to help you feel calm, grounded, restored, and present for the season ahead. ✨
